Every Thread Phest piece is made fresh when you order it — printed just for you. Because of that, we don’t keep extra stock on hand and can’t offer traditional exchanges or restocks.
That said, we’ve always got your back:

Misprints / Damages / Wrong Item
If your order shows up misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. -
Sizing & Fit
Since each shirt is made to order, we can’t swap sizes once it’s printed. If you’re truly unhappy with the fit, reach out — we’ll do our best to help, and may be able to issue store credit on a case-by-case basis. -
Returns
Because everything is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
We’re a small Philly-rooted shop, and customer happiness matters to us. If something feels off with your order, drop us a line — we’ll work with you to make sure you’re stoked on your goods.
